ASP Global Announces Acquisition of RD Plastics Company

ASP Global is pleased to announce the completion of our acquisition of RD Plastics Company, effective September 30, 2024. RD Plastics Company, Inc. was started in 1975 for the purpose of supplying distributors with their plastic packaging needs. RD Plastics manufactures and imports a wide range of high quality, competitively priced plastic packaging products.

We are excited by the opportunities presented by this combination, and the ability to enhance our customer’s experience. This acquisition expands our product offering and enables our new company to bring more comprehensive, relevant solutions to our customers.
