ASP Global is happy to announce that Colan Potemra has officially been appointed Vice President of Strategic Accounts. In this position, Colan will be responsible for business development at identified strategic accounts across the country, as well as support ASP’s Field Sales Team with supply chain contacts at National Accounts and Government Customers.
Potemra brings a wealth of expertise to ASP Global and its partners. With over 17 years of experience in sales leadership and national accounts across companies like Covidien, Medtronic, Zimmer, and Private Equity, Colan most recently was the Vice President of National Accounts at PartsSource where he led a national account team for the East Coast.
“Colan has a long history of being a top performer, he is a hands-on executive, and is passionate about the healthcare industry,” said Bill Fallon, Chief Commercial Officer of ASP Global. “We are excited to see the success that his leadership style and strategic approach will bring to ASP and our key customers.”
Potemra’s previous roles in sales management and strategic accounts will allow him to quickly jumpstart a strategy to drive increased value for ASP Global partners and promote growth for ASP.
“I’m excited to join ASP because of the unique culture that leadership has created for the company,” Potemra explained. “I look forward to helping better serve the needs of our hospital partners and IDNs, which includes expanding access to health-systems to fulfill their ever-present needs for PPE.”
Colan has been married to his wife Courtney for 13 years and they have two daughters, Kennedy (8) and Mackenzie (4). When he’s off the clock, Colan heads up his daughter’s lacrosse team.
