ASP Global is excited to announce that Kathy Jones has been named Director of Human Resources. Kathy’s expertise will strengthen ASP Global’s culture and ensure that the company is well-positioned for growth and profitability. 

Kathy is a successful Human Resources Executive with 25+ years of making positive organizational culture changes, developing motivated staff, enhancing professionalism, and leading HR operations to increased organizational effectiveness. She holds both the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional Human Resources (PHR) certifications. Her experience supports a full spectrum of human resources, emphasizing managing all legal and compliance issues; performance executive-level consulting in organizational development; coaching; results-oriented training, implementation; and strategic planning.

Kathy has served in various Executive Human Resources roles to promote a culture of high performance. Kathy received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Hawaii and a Human Resources Management Certification from Kennesaw State University. She lives in Canton, Georgia, with her husband Robert and two Saint Bernard’s Barkley & Bella.
