Patient’s medication bag is a tampering evident bag with bar codes and patient receipt.  Seal patient’s home medication in bag for pharmacy storage. The bag’s white block allows for a detailed list of medication. Patient witnesses, closure of the bag and retains bar code receipt for retrieval of medicine when discharged.
