Patient’s medicine inventory bag is a tampering evident bag with bar codes and patient receipt.  Seal patient’s home medication in bag for pharmacy storage.  The bags white block allows for a detailed list of medication. Patient witnesses’ closure of the bag and retains bar code receipt for retrieval of medication when discharged.
