Patient’s property inventory bag is a tampering evident bag with bar codes and patient receipt.  Seal patient’s personal items in bag for storage. The bag’s white block allows for a detailed list of property. Patient witnesses’ closure of the bag and retains bar code receipt for retrieval of items when discharged.
